Community eventHiring Mascot Talent: Common Questions
Who provides mascot performers for filming and commercials in Singapore?
The WoW Movement supplies trained mascot performers, minders and on-set chaperones for commercials, TikTok campaigns and corporate videos in Singapore. We have filmed TikTok content for Ang Ku Kueh Girl and Otah & Friends, and we also offer filming and video editing services. You can see videos we have filmed on our Instagram, @the_wow_movement_sg.
Do you provide mascot minders?
Yes. Mascot talent and mascot minder come as a set with every booking. The minder guides the performer, manages the crowd and keeps the appearance safe, and is one of the most important roles in any mascot appearance.
How long can a mascot perform per session?
We recommend up to 30 minutes per session indoors and up to 20 minutes per session outdoors, with rest breaks in between. This keeps the performer safe and the character energetic.
How far in advance should we book mascot talent?
Two weeks ahead is ideal, with a longer lead time for peak periods. Rush bookings can be accommodated, so contact us even if your event is soon.
How much does it cost to hire a mascot performer in Singapore?
Cost depends on the total number of sessions booked, the performance timings and dates, and the level of performer (basic, intermediate or professional). Send us a message for an accurate quote.
Which mascots have you performed as?
We have performed as more than 50 different brand characters, and we are most familiar with the characters in The Mascot Club, including Zappy, Mr Bean, Ang Ku Kueh Girl, Otah, P4L, Poofy, Qiqi, Luckee and Toasty.
Can you run the whole event, not just supply talent?
Yes. We offer full event execution, from planning and talent scheduling to on-the-day logistics. We organised and ran the Mascot World Cup Singapore 2026, Singapore's first competitive mascot event, covered by The Straits Times and 8World.
Who are your mascot performers?
Our performers are trained through our certified mascot talent programme. As a social enterprise, we train and hire youths at risk, youths from low-income families and active seniors, to show that work that is fun still exists.
Bring your character to life.
