Terms of Service | The Wow Movement

Welcome to the Mascot Culture.
An initiative by The WoW Movement. By signing up for membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Scope

Your membership grants access to exclusive programs, resources, and community experiences designed to uplift mascot owners, creatives, and brand collaborators.

The actual activities and benefits may evolve over time based on demand, partnerships, and availability. We do our best to ensure quality, but make no guarantees on outcomes (e.g. media features, collaborations, or commercial opportunities).

2. Code of Conduct

This is a community built on creativity, kindness, and collaboration. We reserve the right to remove any member who displays disrespectful, exploitative, or harmful behavior toward others in the club or community.

3. Payment & Refunds

All membership fees are payable in full at the start of each term and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Perks and pricing may differ by membership tier.

4. Use of Content

By participating in events, contests, or content-sharing opportunities, you grant The WoW Movement the right to feature your mascot (or related visuals) on our public channels, unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Program Changes & Rights

This is a living movement — we may add, adjust, or remove elements of the club as it grows. The WoW Movement reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or programming at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members via email or our website.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for damages, losses, or accidents that may occur during off-site events or third-party engagements. Please ensure your mascot suit, equipment, and team are covered by appropriate insurance (we help facilitate mascot insurance for this reason!).
